Situation
Cademuir International School at Crawfordton House stands in an idyllic and expansive setting, over looking the 'bonnie' Maxwelton Braes, made famous in the famous Scottish traditional song 'Annie Laurie'.
Situated in Burns' country, close to the Solway Firth and the Border with England, motorway connections provide fast access to the school by car from the south and also from the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Excellent flight connections exist to Glasgow, Prestwick and Edinburgh international airports. Transfers to and from these airports or railway stations can be arranged by the school on request, either by group transport or by taxi, dependent upon the day and time of arrival and the number of children travelling. Parents are responsible for notifying the School Office of arrivals and departures at least one month in advance, otherwise it will be assumed that they will be taking responsibility themselves for these transfers.
